Deuteronomy 16:17"Every man shall give as he is able,according to the blessing of the LORD your GOD which he has given you." not by a percentage, you don't have to tithe, give as you are able.

 The tithing laws expired with the animal sacrifice laws and the levitical priesthood (Hebrews 7) all giving is a free will offering,. stop giving your offerings by percentage, give them as you are able.

God never commanded money  to be given by percentage because he knew it would have corrupted the levitical priesthood therefore money was always to be given as a free will offering not by percentage

The tithe was not money the tithe was produce and livestock, free will offering was money and you don't give free will offerings by percentage
